Last Updated: April 2025
Welcome to Jobloading. These Terms explain how you may access and use our website and platform. By continuing to use this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Jobloads Limited — trading as Jobloading, a registered New Zealand company (NZBN: 9429047441958).
Jobloading provides a digital infrastructure platform for cross-border worker deployment. We support DMW-licensed agencies listing and managing workers, and verified employers seeking to fill regulated roles across New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Canada, and other approved destinations.
We also provide public-facing information about our standards, process, and platform.
2. What These Terms Cover
These Terms apply to your use of:
The jobloading.com and jobloads.com websites (public and logged-in access);
Any participation in Jobloading early access or production programs;
Your use of Jobloading as a public visitor, a licensed recruitment agency, or a verified employer;
Any data, communications, or materials you submit to us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept any changes.
3. Public Use of the Website
You may browse and access public areas of the Jobloading website without creating an account.
You may not:
Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission;
Misrepresent your agency, employer, or worker status;
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.
All public visitors must use the website lawfully, respectfully, and within applicable regulations.
4. Platform Access: Agencies and Employers
To create an account and access platform services, you must:
As an Agency:
Hold a current DMW license and upload only workers verified under applicable standards;
Comply with PH, NZ, AU, JP, CA labour and immigration laws where relevant.
As an Employer:
Be authorised to hire and sponsor workers legally in your destination country;
Provide true and complete job offer information;
Fund escrow promptly to initiate onboarding flows.
All users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and only access accounts they are authorised to use.
5. Our Role
Jobloading acts as a technology infrastructure provider.
We do not:
Serve as a recruiter, migration agent, or employer;
Guarantee worker deployment, visa issuance, or employment outcomes.
Agencies and employers are solely responsible for:
Their own recruitment activities;
All compliance with legal, visa, and employment standards.
6. Escrow and Payment Processing
Jobloading provides an escrow-backed platform for managing worker placement payments between employers and agencies.
Employers agree to fund escrow accounts before initiating worker onboarding processes.
Funds are held securely and released based on specific platform-defined deployment conditions.
Agencies receive payments only after compliance with placement milestones and required documentation standards.
All escrow accounts and disbursements are managed through verified third-party payment providers.
Jobloading is not responsible for delays, banking interruptions, or foreign exchange rate fluctuations outside of our direct control.
Use of the escrow system is mandatory for all placements processed through the Jobloading platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Data Privacy and Processing
We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
You consent to:
Processing of submitted data for platform operations (e.g., listings, escrow tracking, deployment monitoring);
Communication with you about services, compliance, and platform updates.
Agencies and employers must ensure all worker data submitted is lawful and properly authorised.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content—including system workflows, listings structure, escrow logic, branding, and training materials—is the intellectual property of Jobloads Limited.
Users may not:
Copy, republish, modify, or distribute platform content;
Create derivative works based on Jobloading’s design, workflows, or systems.
You retain rights to your own agency or employer data but grant Jobloading a licence to use it for platform operation and improvement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobloads Limited will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages;
Loss of business, reputation, opportunity, or data;
Payment delays outside Jobloading’s systems (e.g., banking delays);
User-submitted inaccuracies or failures.
Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you have paid (if any), whichever is greater.
